Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

PriceNailer offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Details of each plan, including pricing, features, and quote limits, are available on our Pricing page.

2. Billing and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date
  • If payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your account

3. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial:

  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period without charge
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged
  • Free trials are typically available only once per user

4. Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then.
  • When downgrading, any features or limits that exceed your new plan's allowances may be reduced (e.g., service areas).

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You'll retain access to paid features until the end of the period
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Quote limits and service areas may be reduced to Free plan limits

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and haven't used any paid features, you may request a full refund
  • Refund requests should be sent to [email protected]
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

7. Quote Limits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly quote limit:

  • Quote limits reset on your billing date each month
  • Unused quotes do not roll over to the next month
  • You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more quotes
  • Some plans offer unlimited quotes

8. Service Area Limits

Subscription tiers have limits on the number of service areas (postcodes) you can set:

  • Free plan: Limited postcode areas
  • Paid plans: Increased or unlimited postcode areas depending on tier
  • If you downgrade, excess service areas may be removed

9. Feature Access

Different subscription tiers provide access to different features, such as:

  • Full customer contact details
  • Project value visibility
  • Competitor quote information
  • Verified supplier badge
  • Priority listing in directory

Feature availability may change. We will notify you of significant changes in advance.

10. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices:

  • We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase
  • Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle after the notification period
  • If you don't accept the new prices, you can cancel before they take effect

11. Account Suspension

We may suspend your subscription and access to paid features if:

  • Payment fails and cannot be collected after multiple attempts
  • You violate our Terms of Service or Supplier Terms
  • Your account is flagged for fraudulent activity

12. Disputes
