These Supplier Terms & Conditions ("Supplier Terms") govern your use of PriceNailer as a supplier. By registering as a supplier on PriceNailer, you agree to these Supplier Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Supplier Registration

To become a supplier on PriceNailer, you must:

• Be a legitimate business operating in the building materials industry
• Provide accurate business information including company name, contact details, and service areas
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on your profile

3. Service Areas

You are responsible for accurately defining your service areas. By setting service areas, you confirm that you are able to deliver materials and services to customers in those locations. Misleading customers about your service coverage may result in suspension of your account.

4. Quote Requests

When you receive a quote request:

• You agree to respond in a timely manner where possible
• Quotes provided should be accurate and honour the prices quoted for the validity period specified
• You must not contact customers for purposes other than responding to their quote request
• Customer information must be used solely for fulfilling the quote request

5. Quote Accuracy

All quotes you submit must be:

• Accurate and achievable
• Inclusive of or clearly stating VAT status
• Clear about any additional charges (delivery, handling, etc.)
• Honoured for the validity period you specify

6. Professional Conduct

As a supplier on PriceNailer, you agree to:

• Conduct all interactions with customers professionally
• Respond to customer queries promptly
• Honour quotes and commitments made through the platform
• Not engage in misleading or deceptive practices
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Subscription Plans

Different subscription tiers are available with varying features and quote limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the Subscription Terms.

8. Data and Privacy

You agree to:

• Handle customer data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
• Only use customer data for the purpose of fulfilling quote requests
• Not share customer data with third parties without consent
• Delete customer data when it is no longer needed

9. Content and Information

You are responsible for all content you upload to your supplier profile. This content must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not contain inappropriate or offensive material
• Comply with advertising standards regulations

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your supplier account if you:

• Violate these Supplier Terms or our Terms of Service
• Receive repeated customer complaints
• Provide inaccurate quotes or fail to honour quoted prices
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Misuse customer data

11. Liability

You agree to indemnify PriceNailer against any claims arising from:

• Products or services you provide to customers
• Your breach of these Supplier Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws
• Disputes between you and customers
