Aggregates Direct

What customers say about Aggregates Direct

Aggregates Direct attracts customers with prices noticeably lower than local suppliers, and some report smooth ordering, prompt deliveries and helpful drivers. However, the most consistent criticism concerns communication: missing confirmation or dispatch emails, and little contact unless customers chase. Several also report missed or changed delivery dates, problems with large lorries reaching residential addresses, and slow refunds. Overall feedback is polarised.
