What customers say about BSW Timber Solutions

BSW Timber Solutions attracts frequent criticism over deliveries, with reviewers reporting goods arriving on the wrong day or well outside booked slots, items left unattended or damaged, and slow or unhelpful responses when problems are raised. Several complaints relate to orders placed through a third-party retailer. More positive comments come from trade customers collecting loads, who describe helpful yard staff.
