Frank Key Group Ltd

What customers say about Frank Key Group Ltd

Frank Key Group attracts frequent praise for its counter and yard staff, who reviewers describe as knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, alongside competitive prices, good stock availability and straightforward deliveries. However, a recurring criticism concerns order and hire administration, with reports of missing items, poor product knowledge on tool hire and promised follow-up calls that never materialise. Overall feedback is largely positive but service consistency varies between branches.
