What customers say about mybuildingsupplies.com
mybuildingsupplies.com is praised by most reviewers for helpful, friendly counter and delivery staff, fair pricing and fast next-day or same-day delivery. A minority report the opposite experience, describing poor manners, prices they consider high and deliveries that failed to arrive as promised without any notification. Overall feedback is largely positive but communication around delivery times appears to be a recurring weak point.
