What customers say about S & D Timber and Builders Merchants
S & D Timber and Builders Merchants attracts largely positive feedback, with reviewers highlighting helpful, knowledgeable staff, reliable and prompt deliveries to multiple sites, and competitive prices from a long-established family business. A minority report problems with timber quality and inaccurate cutting, and describe an unhelpful or defensive response when raising complaints. Overall the service praise dominates, but experiences are not consistent.
